In our big garden, you can enjoy a barbecue in the summer and have fun in the winter: the kids will enjoy their stay for sure! In a central position, easy to reach by car or public transportation, we are the perfect starting point for your holiday activities. The historic center of the alpine city can be reached in a few minutes by foot and offers many possibilities for shopping, strolling, and eating. Also, the valley station of the skiing and hiking area Rosskopf/Monte Cavallo with its varied offer in activities, is just around the corner. Our spacious apartments are equipped with everything you might need to spend a comfortable vacation. They offer enough space for up to six people and are the perfect holiday home for families and groups of friends. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare culinary delights and the bathrooms with shower offer every possible comfort. Furthermore, all the rooms have Wi-Fi, a TV, and a balcony. Useful information for your holiday with us
- Yes, you can stay with us for a minimum of three nights.
- Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at our apartments.
- Yes, on your arrival, you will get the GuestCard, thanks to which you will have many advantages during your stay. In all rooms, there is a Wi-Fi connection, the kitchen is well equipped, you are welcome to use the garden with barbecue and garden house, and we have a parking space right in front of the house.
- You can pay your bill in cash or with a debit or credit card.
- Yes, please consider the following cancellation policy if you need to cancel your holiday:- until 14 days prior to your arrival date, you can cancel your stay for free.- for a cancellation within 14 to 7 days prior to your arrival date, we will charge 50% of the total amount.- for cancellation within less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, we will charge 100% of the total amount.
- On the day of arrival, you can check in between 1 pm and 7 pm. On request, it is also possible to check in after 7 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9:30 am.
- We are in a very central position in Sterzing: in only about three minutes by foot, you can reach the town center or the bus stop, in 5 minutes you arrive at the valley station of the skiing and hiking area Rosskopf/Monte Cavallo.
